Website features Products that have been carefully selected for sale on Website. All items shown "in stock" are in fact in warehouse and are ready to be shipped.
All purchases on this Website are covered by our 30 day Satisfaction guarantee policy. This guarantees a full refund for unopened goods in original packaging. To return goods, please refer to our Return Policy.
All orders placed before 4 p.m. on Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 4 p.m. will be scheduled for dispatch next business day.

Any product or goods can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or replacement, please contact us to initiate a return or refund via hello@xvxvape.com or use the return function in "my account" section of the website when logged in.
We reserve the right to change the details, specifications and prices for any products or services shown on this Website. This change may be done at any time and without a notice.
The Company shall provide the distribution services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Customer's order must be complete and accurate and must specify: (a) the precise item(s) ordered; (b) the number of items ordered; (c) price for each item ordered; (d) price for each item and all the discounts if any; (e) delivery method.

Order cancellation

In accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations, you may cancel your order within 7 days of delivery. You must contact us within 7 days after receipt of the goods, quoting your Order number. The goods must be unused and you must take reasonable care of the goods. If payment has been made for the cancelled goods, you will receive a full refund after returning goods to us using our Return Policy.
You may cancel your order at any time before the dispatch. We also reserve the right to cancel order for any reason prior to goods being dispatched. In any instance, if paid order is cancelled prior to shipment a full refund will be issued.
